I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The private onzen, both the cave and outdoor ones, were fantastic and I was able to use them multiple times. The spacious room with tatami and comfortable bed offered a relaxing experience. The hotel's location in a cool mountain town with interesting hot springs added to the charm. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of dishes available. a truly luxurious and enjoyable experience.

The private onzen were amazing! I had the chance to soak in both the cave and outdoor onsen, which were both very relaxing. The fact that they could be booked for free was a huge plus. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the garden. a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
There were a few negative aspects during my stay. only one of the two indoor spas was open, and even though the cave spa was available, the water was too hot for my liking.

The hotel is located in a picturesque mountain town, surrounded by stunning scenery. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with massage chairs to relax in after a long day. the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties. the staff is friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay.
The rooftop zen garden is no longer as serene as before, losing some of its charm.
